I designed a self-service loan kiosk for GSAC Cooperative Bank to enhance the banking experience and make loan processing faster and more efficient. The kiosk provides customers with a quick, intuitive way to input their loan information and instantly receive a printed summary, reducing the need for long waits at the counter.

PROBLEM SPACE

GSAC experiences long queues during busy banking days, especially for customers applying for or inquiring about loans. The traditional process is time-consuming, relies heavily on staff, and can lead to customer frustration and inefficiency in service. There was a clear need to reduce wait times, streamline data input, and improve the overall customer experience.

SOLUTION

I designed a self-service loan kiosk that allows customers to input their loan information directly and receive a printed summary on the spot. This reduces dependency on bank staff, shortens queues, and provides instant, clear feedback to the user. The kiosk prioritizes intuitive interaction, accessibility, and speed, creating a smoother and more efficient banking experience.
